Moravero is a corporate training and leadership development company based in Vienna. We support organisations with executive coaching, manager development, team workshops, leadership programs, and practical change management training delivered through agreed proposals, program briefs, or service agreements.
The content on this website is provided for general information about Moravero, our programs, and our training approach. It should not be treated as legal, financial, medical, psychological, or employment advice for a specific situation. A formal client relationship is created only when both parties agree to a written proposal or service agreement.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially reuse website content without our prior written permission. Interactive tools, contact forms, and enquiry features are provided for information and request purposes only.
Moravero services are provided under a written proposal, program agreement, statement of work, or similar document that confirms scope, deliverables, dates, participant groups, fees, cancellation terms, and responsibilities. If there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement will take priority.
We may decline, postpone, or revise a proposed engagement following availability review, suitability assessment, scope clarification, or other business considerations. Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee acceptance of a training or coaching project.
Fees are agreed based on the selected service model, which may include one-off workshops, executive coaching packages, multi-session leadership programs, retainers, or custom enterprise training projects. Pricing, payment schedules, travel costs, materials, and any additional charges will be confirmed in the relevant proposal or agreement.
Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice or service agreement. If no separate period is stated, invoices are payable within 14 days of issue. We may pause preparation, delivery, or follow-up work where payments are overdue or where requested changes require a revised scope.
Moravero treats client information, participant feedback, workshop discussions, coaching topics, organisational data, and program materials as confidential. We use reasonable internal controls and restricted access practices to protect information shared before, during, and after an engagement.
Training materials, coaching frameworks, worksheets, templates, facilitation methods, program designs, website content, brand assets, and proprietary know-how remain the intellectual property of Moravero unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may use delivered materials internally for the agreed program purpose, but may not resell, republish, or redistribute them without permission.
Moravero provides services with reasonable skill and care based on the information available at the time of delivery. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, employee behaviour changes, promotion decisions, performance improvements, or organisational results, as these depend on factors beyond our direct control.
Website content is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or suitability for every business situation. To the extent permitted by law, Moravero is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
Neither party will be responsible for delay or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances outside reasonable control, including natural disasters, public health emergencies, government action, travel disruption, cyber incidents, internet outages, labour disruption, venue closures, or infrastructure failure.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Any disputes connected with website use or these Terms will be handled by the competent courts agreed in the relevant service agreement or, where no agreement exists, the courts of Vienna.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, website features, operating practices, or applicable requirements. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the website after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
